Before any product is returned, it must be evaluated by our team to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturer defect or customer error. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer upfront.
-
If it’s a manufacturer defect, we will:
-
Reimburse return shipping costs
-
Cover the cost of repair or send a replacement battery at no charge
-
-
If it’s customer error, we will:
-
Return the tested/repaired item to you
-
Not reimburse any shipping costs
-

-
Important Shipping Info (Hazardous Materials)
Because our lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazardous/dangerous goods, shipping is strictly regulated:
-
FedEx and UPS do not accept hazmat lithium batteries from uncertified shippers
-
USPS does not accept hazmat battery shipments at all
-
Batteries must be returned using an approved LTL (Less Than Load) freight carrier
-
Our customer service team will help you locate the nearest LTL freight drop-off point
All RMA items must be dropped off within 5 business days of receiving shipping instructions from our team.
