LBP Shipping Policy
All orders are processed upon receipt. However, actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and payment verification. All Lithium Battery Power lithium-ion batteries, and electrical merchandise are tested before being shipped; most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Custom Built Battery orders will require a development period. Call Lithium Battery Power’s customer service to acquire projected time frame for shipment to leave our facility. In the event of shipment delay for any product ordered, every effort will be made to reach the customer by phone. If the delay is due to back order, the customer will be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute another item, or cancel the order.
Lithium Battery Power’s shipping department assesses each order to determine the best practical mode of shipment. Shipping rates apply for the freight carrier used.
International Parcel Shipments
The customer is responsible for shipping fees from Freight Forwarder as well as all duties, customs/import fees, value-added taxes, and any other fees required. Some countries and regions of the world do not allow the shipment of lithium-ion batteries of this size. If you desire Lithium Battery Power to ship lithium-ion batteries to your location outside the continental US, call Lithium Battery Power’s customer service to verify shipping acceptance in your location, and mode of shipping availability.
Less Than Load (LTL) Freight Shipping (Pallet Shipments)
Some orders may require an LTL freight carrier as the mode of shipping.
Deliveries to a business address without a dock or forklift will incur an additional "lift gate" special handling fee. Deliveries to a residential address will incur an additional "residential" plus a "lift gate" special handling fee.
Some LTL freight companies only require their drivers to unload merchandise onto the curb of the residence.
The size of Lithium Battery Power lithium-ion batteries is classified as hazmat/dangerous goods per governmental regulation, therefore requiring an adult's signature at delivery. Always check your products prior to signing the receipt of delivery for visible damage. If the customer signs for shipment and discovers damage to merchandise after opening, contact freight carrier to assure insurance claim for the damage products can be made.
